ABOUT THE TRAINING VIDEO SYSTEM
All movements have been carefully prepared by UEFA Coaches using the Memory Technique and Deep Learning methodology. Globally, we rank among the top in terms of the variety of exercises performed on the Football Mat within training videos.
This system has already started to be used by academy players and youth teams in football schools across European clubs. Our system fully supports Club Coaches and Individual Trainers.
Our application features a specially recorded studio series consisting of 6 Levels, 60 Movements, and 120 Training Videos, demonstrated by our 2014-born Academy player under the supervision of certified Football Coaches. All training movements are organized in a structured sequence and include Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Level Technical Football Skills.
Each level includes approximately 10 Preview (detailed demonstration) videos and 10 Regular demonstration videos, totaling 20 Training Videos per level. The purpose of the Preview Videos is to ensure that the player correctly understands each movement before performing it.
These videos help players learn the proper execution by showing exactly where the ball is placed on the mat, how the body is positioned relative to the mat and the ball, which foot and which part of the foot contacts the ball, and more — all demonstrated step-by-step by the model player.
Once the student fully understands and practices the movement using the Preview Video, they should then proceed to the Regular Demonstration Video and perform the movement in sync with the model. Each video includes clear instructions such as: perform the movement for 20 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, repeat 3 times, and which foot to use.
When starting a session, users cannot skip videos or view the next video before completing the current one. This is to ensure players do not skip any drills and progress through the training in a proper and disciplined order, learning each movement thoroughly before moving on to the next.
The Teknikmat Football Mat is suitable for players of all ages. However, to maximize efficiency, training levels and approaches may vary depending on age groups. Our main goal is to ensure players perform each movement correctly and with high quality. By repeating these drills daily for 20–30 minutes, players train their muscle memory.
As a result, the movements become automatic during actual matches. When a player is on the field, they will feel more confident with the ball, rely on their trained instincts, and dominate the game by applying what they've practiced — all thanks to strong muscle memory developed through Teknikmat.

Feint Move to Deceive the Opponent STEP OVERS (Circular Foot Movement Over the Ball) Place the ball in the center circle of the Teknikmat. Starting with your right foot, act as if you’re going to kick the ball, but instead make a circular motion over it and place your foot on the left side, just behind the ball. Then, switch to your left foot and repeat the same motion. Perform the steps rhythmically and with good flow. Exercise: Work for 20 seconds, alternating both feet. Complete 3 sets in total.

Keep your upper body slightly leaning forward and maintain a quick, rhythmic pace. This drill improves ball feel and foot coordination. Exercise: Work continuously for 20 seconds. Complete a total of 3 sets.
Feint Move to Deceive the Opponent TOE TAPS (Light Toe Touches on the Ball) Place the ball in the center circle of the Teknikmat. Using the tips of your toes, lightly tap the top of the ball alternately — start with your right foot, then switch to the left. Keep your upper body slightly leaning forward and maintain a quick, rhythmic pace. This drill improves ball feel and foot coordination. Exercise: Work continuously for 20 seconds. Complete a total of 3 sets.
Feint Move to Deceive the Opponent SCISSORS (The Scissor Move) Place the ball in the center circle of the Teknikmat. Start by swinging your right foot in a circular motion from the outside to the inside, in front of the ball, and place it on the ground. Immediately repeat the same motion with your left foot. Continue alternating feet in a rhythmic flow while maintaining your balance. This move is perfect for confusing defenders and changing direction effectively. Exercise: Work for 20 seconds, alternating both feet. Complete a total of 3 sets.
Feint Move to Deceive the Opponent SCISSORS (The Scissor Move) Place the ball in the center circle of the Teknikmat. Start by swinging your right foot in a circular motion from the outside to the inside, in front of the ball, and place it on the ground. Immediately repeat the same motion with your left foot. Continue alternating feet in a rhythmic flow while maintaining your balance. This move is perfect for confusing defenders and changing direction effectively. Exercise: Work for 20 seconds, alternating both feet. Complete a total of 3 sets.
Feint Move to Deceive the Opponent DIAGONAL ROLL 1 (Diagonal Dribble and Pull-Back) This drill is performed with both feet, starting with the right foot. Place the ball on number 1 on the Teknikmat. Using the inside of your right foot, gently push the ball diagonally toward number 5. Then, stop the ball with the sole of your foot and pull it back to number 1. Throughout the move, keep rhythmically hopping on your left foot. When switching to the left foot, perform the same movement between 1 and 3. Exercise: Work for 20 seconds with each foot separately. Complete a total of 3 sets.
